En tant que Délégué(e) Vétérinaire, vous êtes responsable de promouvoir et de commercialiser les produits de la marque Royal Canin auprès des cliniques vétérinaires, tout en déployant les services et formations associés. Vous adaptez votre plan d’action aux enjeux et spécificités de votre marché local pour maximiser l’impact de la stratégie Vétérinaire.
Que recherchons-nous ?
• Formation commerciale (Bac +3 à Bac +5) ou scientifique (agronomie, vétérinaire, ASV...).
• Une première expérience en vente B2B, idéalement dans le secteur médical ou vétérinaire.
• Une bonne connaissance du milieu vétérinaire serait un plus.
• Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens du service et goût pour le terrain.
• Capacité à négocier, à gérer les priorités et à analyser les données (maîtrise des outils bureautiques).
• Esprit d’initiative, créativité et motivation pour relever des défis commerciaux.
Quelles seront vos principales responsabilités ?
Animer votre secteur dans le respect du plan d’action commercial régional :
• Déployer les plans d’activation et de lancement chaque trimestre.
• Gérer le budget alloué à votre secteur.
• Assurer le suivi des actions définies avec vos interlocuteur·rice·s en clinique.
Contribuer au développement du chiffre d’affaires et des volumes :
• Optimiser l’agencement des cliniques pour renforcer la visibilité de la marque.
• Former et accompagner les équipes vétérinaires et les ASV.
• Développer le portefeuille client par la prospection de nouveaux établissements.
• Participer à la mise en place d’actions de relations publiques sur votre zone.
• Assurer une remontée d’informations terrain pertinente et fiable à votre manager.
• Mettre à jour et qualifier votre fichier clients et prospects.
Assurer le suivi et le reporting commercial :
• Alimenter régulièrement le CRM.
• Maintenir un lien constant avec votre Directeur Régional.
• Préparer et animer des revues d’affaires afin d’ajuster les plans d’action si nécessaire.
