The Arrival Concierge greets arriving resort guests to establish a positive relationship and facilitate their check-in process. They also act as a lead generation agent by promoting resort events and activities to guests.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 pounds.
Job Summary
The function of the arrival ambassador (AA) is to greet all arriving resort guests prior to registration in order to establish contact and start the relationship between the concierge/VSC and guest. The AA will act as the first measure to increase and maintain acceptable levels of guest penetration as well as leveraging the overall guest experience within the resort. To also act, at times, as required as a “Lead Generation Agent” by attracting resort guests to approach and interact with Vacation Services Coordinators concerning various information they may require
