Administrar a través de los supervisores, planeadores, ingenieros y líderes, todas las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y planeado en toda la fábrica en las áreas de llenado, composición, servicios, utilidades y edificio.
Administra y asigna recursos para llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de todos los equipos de producción y mantenimiento.
Responsable directo del programa de mantenimiento de las áreas de producción para mantener y mejorar la disponibilidad de los equipos, la velocidad de las máquinas y el desperdicio de materiales, así como también cumplir con los requisitos y lineamientos de control de calidad.
Coordina al equipo de técnicos de “set-up” para los cambios de fórmula o formato en las líneas de producción y equipos de composición.
Vigila o evalúa medidas diseñadas para mejorar los métodos de producción y desempeño del equipo y la calidad del producto.
Coordina transferencias, validaciones y arranques de nuevos equipos y procesos con personal de la planta
Responsable de mantener el sistema de Mantenimiento preventivo de las maquinas del piso de producción
Analiza la factibilidad de la adquisición de nuevos equipos o transferencias de procesos externos para dar pauta a la apertura de nuevos negocios para transferirlos a la planta
Interactuar con todos los niveles: Operativos, Técnicos, Gerentes, directores
Asegurar el cumplir del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo (Puntualidad y Asistencia) del personal bajo su responsabilidad
Mantener sus áreas bajo su responsabilidad limpias y con materiales identificados aplicando las 5S’s., así mismo generando reporte de scrap en casos necesarios.
Llevar a cabo el cumplimiento de manufactura de acuerdo con los requerimientos de Calidad
Acatar las medidas de seguridad necesarias para prevenir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y contingencias ambientales dentro de la empresa
Cumplir medidas de Seguridad, Salud y control ambiental establecidas en el RIT de la Empres
Las responsabilidades antes mencionadas pueden variar y aumentarse en base a las instrucciones de los directores de la Empresa en base a las necesidades de ésta.

Role Responsibilities

Manage, through supervisors, planners, engineers, and team leaders, all corrective and scheduled maintenance activities throughout the factory in the filling, formulation, services, utilities, and building areas.
Manage and allocate resources to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all production and maintenance equipment.
Directly responsible for the maintenance program in production areas to maintain and improve equipment availability, machine speed, and reduce material waste, as well as to comply with quality control requirements and guidelines.
Coordinates the team of “set-up” technicians for formula or format changes on production lines and formulation equipment.
Monitors or evaluates measures designed to improve production methods and equipment performance and product quality
Coordinates transfers, validations, and start-ups of new equipment and/or processes with plant personnel
Responsible for maintaining the preventive maintenance system for the machines on the production floor
Analyzes the feasibility of acquiring new equipment or transferring external processes to guide the opening of new businesses to transfer them to the plant
Interact with all levels: Operatives, Technicians, Managers, directors
Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations (Punctuality and Attendance) of the personnel under their responsibility
Keep the areas under your responsibility clean and with identified materials applying the 5S's, also generating a scrap report in necessary cases
Carry out manufacturing compliance in accordance with Quality requirements
Take the necessary safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental contingencies within the company
Comply with safety, health and environmental control measures set out in the Company's RIT
The responsibilities mentioned may vary and be increased based on the instructions of the Company’s directors according to the Company’s needs.

QualificationsRequisitos Mínimos

Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Industrial o experiencia equivalente
5 años de experiencia mínimo (Manufactura, Operaciones, Ingeniería)
Inglés conversacional
Conocimiento en paquetería de office
Conocimiento técnico de la función que realiza

Competencias Funcionales

Liderazgo absoluto en su departamento
Facilidad de comunicación a todos los niveles, relaciones interdepartamentales
Capacidad para el manejo de personal técnico y profesional
Actitud de “Propietario” de proyectos
Certificación Six Sigma (preferentemente)

Minimum Qualifications

Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
5 years of minimum experience (Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering)
