The Store Manager will oversee all commercial aspects of the Bishop Auckland superstore, including merchandising, stock management, and store operations. Candidates must have comprehensive experience in a high-volume retail environment with full profit and loss accountability. Proven ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse team and experience in visual merchandising are essential for this role.

Our Retail team are launching an exciting new Superstore in Bishop Auckland, and we are seeking an innovative Store Manager to lead the setup, opening, and ongoing success of this large format retail space. This store will offer a unique shopping experience, combining a wide range of bought in products with quality donated goods, creating an environment that is both commercially competitive and strongly rooted in community support.
This is more than a traditional retail management role, you will play a pivotal role from day one, shaping the store’s culture, building its reputation locally, and establishing it as a destination for value, sustainability, and social impact.
