The role focuses on onboarding new clients by writing JSON templates and adjusting PDF forms to ensure a smooth transition to the SaaS platform. Additionally, the engineer provides technical support for enterprise customers and contributes to product improvements and documentation.
Candidates should have an educational background in computer science, math, physics, or engineering with basic coding and debugging skills. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with financial services experience and bilingualism being assets.
