Responsible for accurately entering and managing constituent and donor data within the enterprise CRM. Provides high-quality customer service to donors, chapters, and the general public while maintaining standard operating procedures.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a non-profit environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with experience in NetSuite or Salesforce preferred.
