The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations. They will lead root cause analysis, manage process data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and cost-saving initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Plastics Technology or Polymer Engineering with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the plastics industry. Proficiency in extruder operations, screw configurations, and process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is required.
