Job Overview
The Program Support role at GCC India provides essential administrative and operational assistance to various programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective coordination. This position is critical for maintaining organized program workflows and supporting program teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting meeting minutes.
• Coordinate logistics for program-related events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
• Maintain and update program documentation, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Process and track program-related expenses, invoices, and purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and resolve basic inquiries.
• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other program collateral using various software applications.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies for the program team.
• Assist in onboarding new program staff by providing necessary resources and information.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Risk Governance and end to end Risk management-SOPs/FMEA/Risk Tracking/Remediation

Preferences:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support or program coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Prior experience with project management software or CRM systems is a plus.
• Expertise in End to End risk management
• SOP’s for business requirements
• Program Management for GCC enablement
• Creating GCC migration methodology / Play book
