The Office Manager ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing the office environment, vendors, and IT administration. Additionally, the role provides administrative support to senior team members and coordinates firm events and onboarding logistics.
A bachelor's degree is preferred along with 1-4 years of relevant office management or administrative experience. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive service mindset.
This role will serve as office manager for the firm, ensuring smooth day to day operations, while also providing organizational and administrative support to senior team members.
