The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership. Additionally, the candidate will oversee financial systems, manage cash sweeps, and ensure compliance with funding agreements.
Candidates must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience within financial services or FCA-regulated environments is preferred.

The Role
Management Accountant
Location: Birmingham City Centre - Full Time Office Based
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
As Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to senior leadership, offering strategic insights that shape key business decisions. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that financial processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our growth plans.
