· Monitor project progress against the accepted programme, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities

· Review, assess, and manage compensation events, including impacts to cost and time

· Issue Project Manager Instructions (PMIs) in accordance with contractual requirements

· Manage and maintain early warning processes and risk registers, ensuring proactive mitigation of project risks

· Review, accept, or reject programmes and programme updates, ensuring compliance with NEC requirements

· Oversee change control, ensuring effective management of scope, time, and cost changes

· Assess and certify applications for payment, ensuring alignment with contract provisions

· Monitor quality and performance, ensuring works meet defined standards and requirements

· Support the management of disputes and contractual issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

· Provide structured and timely reporting, including programme status, cost forecasts, and risk updates

Expression of Interest

This opportunity is part of a forward-looking requirement, and LOCKROSE is inviting expressions of interest from individuals who meet the above criteria and are interested in supporting future project delivery.

· Experience operating within a regulated or highly governed environment

· Confident decision-maker with the ability to act impartially and contractually robustly

· Strong communication and organisational skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
