Manage a high volume of daily leads to recommend and sell appropriate mortgage loan solutions based on client financial goals. Guide customers through the entire loan process from initial application to final closing while maintaining production standards.
Requires at least 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience in a direct lending environment and NMLS SAFE ACT compliance with 5 or more active state licenses. Candidates must be able to commute to offices in Scottsdale or Chandler, Arizona.

Our direct lending channel, comprised of both seasoned mortgage veterans & our own home-grown Lending Officers, receive daily warm transfers from our call center agents to recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and mortgage policy. Our Lending Officers put their clients’ needs first to pre-qualify and provide a consultative, customer first approach, to determine the loan program that best fits their specific financial goals.
