The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance for apartment units and the office clubhouse, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. They are responsible for managing staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all health and safety policies are compliant.
Candidates must have proven experience in maintenance repairs or management with a solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. A valid driver's license is required, and applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
