The Lease Administrator handles daily administrative tasks for the lease department, including preparing lease abstracts and maintaining database accuracy. They serve as a point of contact for clients, landlords, and vendors to ensure institutional quality records.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in database administration or commercial real estate. Proficiency in property management software like Yardi or MRI and the ability to interpret legal lease documents are essential.
The Lease Administrator handles the routine and daily work of the lease administration department under the guidance of the GM. Interfaces with other offices, disciplines and clients to relieve the Leasing Manager of administrative detail relating to lease information.
