Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment. Supervise engineering staff and contractors to ensure safe, efficient building performance and tenant satisfaction.
Requires a high school diploma and 5-7 years of industry experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience. Must possess relevant trade licenses and have in-depth knowledge of building automation systems and safety regulations.
The Lead Building Engineer leads and oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring efficient and safe building performance while supervising engineering staff and contractors.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
