Collaborez avec une équipe de plus de 80 professionnels qui donnent le meilleur d'eux-mêmes aux familles que nous accompagnons, se sachant soutenus par une équipe collaborative.
En tant que travailleur autonome, vous offrirez majoritairement un suivi individuel à nos jeunes clients et leur famille, dans notre clinique. Vous serez aussi appelé à faire des évaluations psychologiques.
Tout en ayant un contrôle sur votre charge de travail et une grande liberté dans votre pratique, vous serez soutenu par une équipe multidisciplinaire généreuse et aurez accès à du matériel d'évaluation de qualité. L’équipe administrative vous permettra d’alléger votre tâche et de vous concentrer sur ce qui compte le plus: l’humain.
Vous offrirez un suivi psychologique individuel à des clients âgés de 5 à 18 ans, ou offrirez du coaching parental;
Vous ferez aussi passer des évaluations psychologiques en vue de poser un diagnostic;
Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec les membres de l'équipe en participant à des évaluations et interventions multidisciplinaires;
Vous effectuerez la tenue de dossiers via notre plateforme interne.
Vous détenez une maîtrise ou un doctorat en psychologie;
Vous êtes membre en règle de l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec;
Vous détenez de l’expérience clinique auprès des enfants et/ou des adolescents;
Vous avez une connaissance à jour des outils d’évaluation psychologique;
Vous êtes à l’aise avec une variété de problématiques, incluant l’évaluation et la gestion du risque suicidaire;
Vous savez rédiger des rapports d’évaluation de façon claire, concise et efficace;
Vous savez travailler en équipe et communiquer de façon transparente et professionnelle avec les clients;
Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et avez la capacité à gérer les imprévus.
Vous détenez une formation en thérapie par le jeu.
Autonomie professionnelle : une liberté dans vos interventions et un contrôle sur votre charge de travail et votre horaire;
Support clinique : de la supervision clinique, des rencontres de codéveloppement et une équipe multidisciplinaire collaborative;
Soutien à votre pratique : du matériel d'évaluation, un bureau fourni et du support administratif.
