Manage and train the Aquatics Team while ensuring a safe and friendly environment for members and guests. Oversee the cleanliness of facilities and promote Life Time swim programs and services.
Requires a High School Diploma and certifications in Lifeguarding, BLS CPR, and First Aid. Candidates must have experience in lifeguarding, coaching, and supervision, along with the physical ability to swim and retrieve weights from a pool.
Position Summary
As the Aquatics Supervisor, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. This position assists in managing and training all Aquatics Team Members. You will help members and guests by providing great customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.
