The Stylist provides individualized hair services and treatments to enhance guest well-being and the club experience. Responsibilities include educating clients on products, maintaining workstations, and staying current with industry trends.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, completion of cosmetology school, and a valid state cosmetology license. One to three years of experience as a stylist is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
The Stylist provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest’s overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest’s expectations.
