Maintain the cleanliness and safety of indoor and outdoor club areas, specifically focusing on locker room presentation and towel service. Respond to member inquiries regarding products, services, and policies to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates must be able to routinely lift over 20 lbs and remain in a stationary position or move about the club for long periods. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.
