The Stylist provides individualized hair services and treatments to enhance the guest's well-being and club experience. They are responsible for educating clients on products and maintaining work stations to salon standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a cosmetology license, and 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and proficiency in calculating commissions and discounts are required.

Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest’s expectations.
