The Facility Operations Manager oversees the operations department, managing budgets, staffing, and scheduling for up to 40 team members. They are responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and overseeing all maintenance and repair projects.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, two years of management experience, and building operations experience. CPR/AED and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications are required within specific timeframes after hire.
As the Facility Operations Manager, you will handle the Operations department of the Life Time club. You will offer ongoing training for all Ops team members and conduct all work scheduling. You will oversee the department's budget, staffing, and all projects.
