Oversee all aquatics programs including swim lessons and team operations while managing department staff. Ensure the safety of members and guests and manage the financial goals of the aquatics business.
Requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, supervision, and swim instruction, plus two years of lifeguarding. Must hold StarGuard Elite, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications and be able to pass specific swimming proficiency tests.
As the Aquatics Assistant Manager, you will help the Manager to oversee all programs in the Department. The programs include Family Swim hours, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim and more. You will ensure the department is safe and successful in operations and finances. You will manage all team members in the department.
