The Mental Health Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of a 16-bed psychosocial rehabilitation facility and provide practice leadership to a team of 25-30 staff. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating rostering, and ensuring service delivery meets funding and legislative standards.
Candidates must hold a diploma in mental health, community services, or a related field and possess demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within human services. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a current First Aid Certificate.

Ngatti House (Fremantle) is a 16 bed, psychosocial rehabilitation facility providing safe accommodation for 17–22 year-olds with complex presentations and seeking mental health recovery, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
As the Mental Health Team Leader you will lead a team of 25-30 staff to deliver great services by using your organisational and practice leadership skills in the coordination and delivery of services. This will include engagement with multiple stakeholders, meeting individual needs and preferences of residents within program guidelines and requirement whilst maintaining an efficient, safe and positive work environment for staff.
This is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday role which requires flexibility to attend shift handovers at 7:30am. It is a requirement for this role to be part of the after-hours on-call monthly rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Salary: $95,964.59 + superannuation
