The assistant will provide personalized domestic and personal care support to clients in their homes to help them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily hygiene, meal preparation, community access, and skill development.
Candidates must hold a current Australian driver's licence, have a reliable vehicle, and possess a First Aid and CPR certificate. Applicants must be female and able to pass pre-employment checks including a criminal history record check and a Working with Children Check.

You will provide personalised support to our QCSS (Queensland Community Support Scheme) clients within their homes in Mackay. You will provide support to people with a disability, illness or mental health condition to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity with working hours available between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, no evening or sleepover shifts. You will be required to travel to support multiple clients each day within Mackay and surrounding local areas, so a willingness to travel is essential (you will be reimbursed $1.01 cents per kilometre travelled while you work). The successful candidate will have availability to work on Fridays.
