What You’ll Be Doing
• Reviewing, verifying & processing invoices from Business Partners
• Setting up & managing Business Partner accounts in our ERP system
• Performing account reconciliations & resolving queries
• Recording incoming/outgoing payments & preparing multi-currency bank recs
• Assisting with monthly/bimonthly payment runs
• Performing month end activities, including sub-ledger reconciliations across multiple entities
• Reporting on aged debtors and supporting cash collection
• Maintaining master data & supporting with ad-hoc finance tasks
What You Bring
• 2–4 years’ experience in a finance/administration role
• Strong numerical & analytical skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with a flexible approach
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with SAP B1 a plus, but not essential
