The People & Payroll Coordinator will manage end-to-end payroll administration and support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leave management, and benefits administration. Additionally, the role involves overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a welcoming, organized workplace environment.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Office Administration, with specific proficiency in HRIS systems and multi-state payroll. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of leave administration regulations like FMLA and ADA are required.
