The VP of Finance will own the end-to-end financial function, including strategic planning, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting operations. They will act as a strategic partner to the founders, leading fundraising efforts and ensuring compliance within the financial services space.
Candidates must be proven finance leaders with startup or high-growth experience who are comfortable being hands-on with both strategy and execution. Proficiency in modern SaaS finance tools and an AI-forward approach to automation are highly desired.

We're looking for a VP of Finance to own our financial function end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the founders. You'll be equal parts strategic partner and operator — building the models and infrastructure that guide the business while also rolling up your sleeves to close the books, run analyses, and answer hard questions with data.
This is a startup, not a corporation. You'll build the finance function rather than inherit one, wear multiple hats, and thrive on ambiguity. If you want a large team and mature processes on day one, this isn't the role. If you want ownership, proximity to decisions, and real impact, read on.
