LINE PRODUCER

The Role

As a Line Producer in our Group Training Production team, you’ll be at the centre of it all, leading the day-to-day execution of our productions.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end production delivery, ensuring every shoot is delivered on time, within budget. You’ll partner closely with creative and technical leads to translate creative vision into practical, executable plans, while proactively identifying risks and solving challenges as they arise.

You’ll oversee crew hiring, location scouting, scheduling, and budget allocation, essentially acting as the "project manager" of the production, reporting to the Head Producer.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts organiser, problem-solver, and collaborator:

• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Building and managing detailed schedules
• Proven ability to source and manage crew, suppliers and locations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of film/television production best practice, including industry guidelines and health & safety protocols 
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budget management, cost analysis, and financial reporting
• Improve production workflows, processes, and efficiencies
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
