Provide front-line technical support for internal and external users via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Manage hardware provisioning, software installations, and maintain detailed documentation for all technical requests.
Requires at least 2 years of corporate IT experience and the ability to perform hardware and software troubleshooting. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Fairfax, VA, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Lenderworks is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician, located within a commutable distance to a Fairfax, VA office. Your primary focus will be providing end-user troubleshooting and support to both internal and external users.
