LeavePlus is entering an exciting new chapter, with a sharp focus on growing registrations and increasing awareness of the valuable support we provide to construction workers. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of that journey, leading acquisition strategy, driving high-performing campaigns, and unlocking sustainable growth through digital, content and brand channels.
You'll combine performance marketing, customer insights and brand stewardship to attract, engage and educate construction and building workers/employers, ensuring every campaign delivers results while strengthening trust in the LeavePlus brand.
Lead bold, data-driven acquisition campaigns that grow registrations and build brand awareness.
Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy across paid, owned, and organic channels.
Partner with media agencies to maximise performance, optimise spend, and deliver impressive measurable results.
Champion the LeavePlus brand, ensuring every campaign is engaging, consistent, and trusted.
Drive social media strategy that educates, engages, and attracts future members.
Use insights, testing, and analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver seamless member experiences.
Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team focused on growth and excellence.
Balance commercial outcomes with member education, trust, and long-term value.
Lead with curiosity, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Increase brand awareness and member acquisition.
Strengthen member understanding and engagement.
Build trust through consistent, high-quality communications.

Demonstrated experience leading brand, acquisition or performance marketing in a paid‑media‑driven environment, ideally within regulated industries
Standout experience managing media agencies, with a clear understanding of performance metrics, optimisation levers, and testing frameworks.
Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated acquisition campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience using data and reporting to drive decisions and optimise performance.
Experience overseeing or collaborating closely on creative development, with an ability to balance brand consistency and performance needs.
Confident stakeholder management skills, and evidence of working across internal teams and external partners.
Experience leading or mentoring team members, leveraging their capabilities to achieve outcomes.
Proven lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
