Spécialisée dans la gestion active, nous proposons à nos clients Institutionnels ou privés, des solutions d’investissement, incluant principalement des stratégies Actions, Obligations et Diversifiées. Plus récemment Lazard Frères Gestion a souhaité développer sa couverture du marché de l’Epargne Salariale et Retraite (ESR) en proposant ses solutions d’investissements dans les dispositifs d’entreprises et les PER individuels. C’est dans le cadre du développement de cette activité que Lazard souhaite renforcer l’équipe en place.

Grâce à votre implication et votre volonté de progresser, vous contribuerez à la renommée de la marque Lazard, présente sur la plupart des continents depuis plus de 175 ans.
Vos missions dans ce poste :
Vos missions viseront à soutenir l’équipe Institutionnelle – pôle ESR dans l’ensemble de ses actions, à savoir :
- Réalisation de documents, propositions commerciales, à destination des clients /prospects institutionnels ESR (Présentation de la gamme, points de gestion - fonds dédiés, fonds ouverts – conseil de surveillance ...) en lien avec les équipes transverses (Marketing, Reporting, Gestion) ;
- Préparation des conseils de surveillance des entreprises clientes ;
- Suivi de la communication dédiée à la clientèle ESR (entreprise, partenaire, courtiers, assureurs) : sélection du contenu, rédaction d’une lettre mensuelle, gestion des mailings ;
- Gestion des demandes clients ;
- Suivi de la collecte et des encours du pôle ;
- Préparation de points de gestion sur les fonds de Lazard et notes de marché ;
- Réflexions stratégiques sur le développement du pôle.
Le profil que nous recherchons :
- Bac +4/5 Économie/Finance, école d’ingénieur, de commerce, ou université, en fin de formation ;
- Expérience précédente de stage en Finance (banque, gestion d’actifs) ou chez un acteur de l’épargne salariale et retraite appréciée ;
- Maitrise de l’anglais ;
- Dynamique, rigoureux et esprit d’initiative ;
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), VBA apprécié.
