Manage a book of personal lines insurance business by building long-term client relationships and processing policy changes. Provide professional advice on renewals, billing, and claims to ensure high client retention.
Requires a valid RIBO license and 2-3 years of experience in personal insurance. Candidates should have strong knowledge of insurer regulations and proficiency with Applied Systems (EPIC) or Compu-quote.

We are currently seeking a RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you will manage a book of business while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will also service accounts by processing policy changes and providing claims guidance to support client retention. Whether you are newly RIBO licensed or bring prior experience, we would love to hear from you!

Depending on experience, the salary range for this newly created role is $45,000 - $57,000 Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
