The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and govern a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across legal, CRM, finance, and data infrastructure. They are responsible for ensuring project delivery remains aligned with business priorities, scope, budget, and risk appetite.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in enterprise transformation environments. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs and experience with OpEx/CapEx budget management are essential.

Role Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and governing a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across legal operations, CRM, finance, integrations and data infrastructure.
The role will ensure each project stream is delivered with clear scope, milestones, resource plans, governance controls, budget oversight and vendor coordination. The Project Manager will work closely with executive sponsors, business owners, technology teams, vendors and professional services partners to ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities, approved scope, budget, risk appetite and transformation objectives.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong project governance, stakeholder management, commercial discipline and the ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams as part of a broader transformation ecosystem.
