The PMO Analyst will drive project governance, coordination, and reporting for ERP implementation projects. They will support the end-to-end project lifecycle and ensure operational discipline through consistent documentation and process management.
Candidates should have experience in project coordination or PMO with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn. Advantageous qualifications include exposure to ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP and experience in consulting environments.

We are looking for a PMO (ERP Implementation) to join our Jakarta office. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in project coordination or PMO who enjoy bringing structure to complex programmes and supporting delivery teams to execute effectively.
You will play a key role in supporting ERP implementation projects across planning, execution, and post‑go‑live phases. Working closely with Project Leads and Directors, you will help ensure that projects stay on track through strong governance, coordination, and reporting. This role offers exposure to end‑to‑end ERP delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM functions, within a fast‑paced consulting environment.
As your capability grows, you will take on increasing ownership of project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery outcomes, becoming a key driver of delivery excellence across projects. Successful candidates demonstrate a growth mindset: curiosity, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
