The Front Desk Administrator will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle appointment scheduling. They will also facilitate new therapy referrals and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of at least 50wpm are required.

Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules.
Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients.
Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organization and adaptability to handle diverse tasks, stress, and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented nature with proficient typing skills (at least 50wpm)
High school graduate (some college or healthcare technical schooling preferred)
1-2 years of front office experience
Previous exposure in a healthcare setting is advantageous
Self-motivated team player with proactive work attitude, requiring minimal supervision

No patient will ever be seen by an unlicensed PT Technician with a licensed PT “observing” the session. Instead, our patients are seen by licensed, credentialed therapists EVERY visit. Each patient receives an individually designed treatment plan, rather than a protocol driven plan. Why? Not all problems/injuries have the same cause of onset. Whether being seen for an orthopedic issue, balance/dizziness problems, or a neurologic deficit, patients should not necessarily have the same treatment plan. The plan should be designed to each person’s individual needs. No exceptions. We are passionate about the way we do rehabilitation and physical therapy for a reason.
