Lead coaches are responsible for delivering a science-based curriculum focused on the brain, physical, and character development of children. They must engage with parents to educate them on the curriculum and manage administrative tasks.
Candidates should have an athletic or coaching background, specifically with children aged 15 months to 8 years or pediatric OT/PT experience. CPR certification and knowledge of physiology and body mechanics are required.
