Bij Kramp in Varsseveld verwerken we iedere dag duizenden bestellingen voor klanten en warehouses van Kramp in heel Europa. Als Team Lead Warehouse Control zorg jij samen met je team dat alles soepel blijft verlopen, ook op drukke momenten.
Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt bij als dat nodig is en zorgt dat mensen, processen en systemen goed samenwerken. Met jouw inzicht en leiderschap help je onze operatie elke dag een stap beter te maken.
Als Team Lead Warehouse Control werk je in een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde logistieke omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, processen, systemen en data goed op elkaar aansluiten. Met jouw inzichten zet je verbeteringen in gang die onze operatie elke dag een beetje beter maken.
Je bent met je team onderdeel van het Planning & Control-team. Dit is het centrale regiepunt van onze logistieke operatie en ondersteunt zowel Inbound als Outbound. Hier komen data, capaciteit, prioriteiten en processen samen.
Met jouw team van Process Operators en Control Room Medewerkers zorg je ervoor dat onze operatie iedere dag topprestaties levert.
Process Operators
Onze Process Operators zijn de eerste lijn bij verstoringen in de geautomatiseerde logistieke processen. Ze signaleren problemen, lossen deze op en schakelen met IT, de Technische Dienst en leveranciers wanneer dat nodig is. Zo zorgen ze ervoor dat de operatie snel weer optimaal draait.
Control Room Medewerkers
Onze Control Room Medewerkers bewaken continu de voortgang van de operatie. Ze monitoren volumes, doorlooptijden, capaciteit en planning. Op basis van actuele data signaleren ze risico's en helpen ze bij het nemen van beslissingen om de logistieke processen soepel te laten verlopen.
