We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technology Consultant to join our Technology Consulting department. This position requires a deep technical background, combined with strong business acumen and sales orientation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to design and implement technology-driven solutions that align with business objectives. In addition, you will play a key role in business development, supporting sales efforts and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level guidance on technology solutions, architectures, and implementation strategies.
• Act as a technical authority in client engagements, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and technology consulting projects, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
• Translate business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps, solution architectures, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate technology alternatives, AI solutions, and vendors, providing clear recommendations aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Support sales processes, including technical presentations, solution design for proposals, and client negotiations.
• Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposal efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects successfully.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to provide innovative recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects in consulting, technology, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as AI, software development, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, data platforms, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing technology projects from discovery and design through implementation and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client engagements, drive discussions, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience acting as a trusted advisor and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development.
• Experience working with enterprise organizations, public sector clients, government organizations, or large-scale transformation projects - Advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or advanced business education is an advantage).
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
