Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions from origination to close, managing key workstreams like financial analysis and marketing materials. Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development.
Requires over 7 years of experience in corporate advisory, investment banking, or corporate development with strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuations. A strong academic record is required, with postgraduate studies or a CFA viewed favorably.
