The ideal candidate is a highly organized team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in delivery coordination is considered a bonus, and proficiency with tracking systems and software is required.

About the role
Are you someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience? Join our Operations team as our new Operations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their multi-functional devices and printers on time, every time.
In this role, you’ll be the central point of coordination, working closely with logistics partners, account managers, supply chain and service teams to bring everything together seamlessly. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and being the person everyone trusts to “make it happen,” this is the role for you.
