The ideal candidate is a seasoned security professional with demonstrated leadership experience, a deep understanding of physical and electronic security systems, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes government environment. This position requires availability 24/7 based on a 50-hour work week, with schedules subject to change in support of exercise and contingency operations.
The Captain of the Guard (COG) serves as the primary contractor lead, responsible for the direct management, performance, and strategic oversight of all security services outlined in the contract. Reporting directly to the Facility Security Officer (FSO), the COG holds full command and control authority over all contractor personnel and is authorized to act on behalf of the contractor for all matters related to daily security operations.
