The Client Representative will monitor 50-75 daily orders, coordinate with field agents, and maintain accurate database records. They are also responsible for communicating order statuses to clients and processing completed orders for billing.
Candidates must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Outlook, along with fast typing skills and professional communication etiquette, is required.

We provide a wide array of services including service of process; court services; on-call courier/messenger service; skip trace and investigations; record retrieval; subpoena preparation; e-data discovery and database hosting; copy center & reprographics; digital imaging; x-ray/blueprints/video/CD duplication; and facilities management services.

Busy legal support provider
You would be monitoring 50-75 orders on a daily basis, get updates daily from field agents and communicating that with your clients, inputting all notes into our data base.
Following up with field agent for status on orders, informing clients of any issues on active orders.
Reviewing completed orders and processing them for billing.
This is a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is very important on sensitive legal documents. Must be highly organized, have a sense of urgency, and good time management.
Fast typing speeds, familiar with WORD, ADOBE, OUTLOOK
Professional phone and email etiquette.
