The Client Success Manager acts as a primary advisor to managed services clients, overseeing service delivery and aligning technology strategies with business goals. They are responsible for leading strategic business reviews, identifying sales opportunities, and coordinating projects to ensure long-term client success.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in account management, IT services, or project coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
