The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the production crew while driving continuous improvement in processes and quality. They will lead, train, and manage the performance of production employees to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Candidates must have an Associate degree and at least three to five years of industrial manufacturing experience. Additionally, a minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience in a similar environment is required.

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of your crew during shifts while driving continuous improvement in production processes, quality, and safety. You will lead and support a team of Production employees, providing training, development, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
