The Member Service Representative is responsible for greeting members, conducting facility tours, and managing membership sign-ups. They also ensure the facility remains clean and organized while providing excellent customer service to all visitors.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of customer service experience. The role requires the ability to lift 45 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
