The General Manager leads the fabrication division by overseeing production, project execution, safety, quality, and financial performance. They are responsible for managing staff, equipment utilization, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure project success.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of industrial and commercial fabrication experience and 5 years of leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management is preferred.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley is seeking a dependable and experienced General Manager to lead our Industrial Fabrication team in York, PA. This role is responsible for the overall operation and success of the fabrication division, including estimating, detailing, project management, production, safety, quality, staffing, equipment utilization, and customer relationships. The General Manager works closely with team members across the organization to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while supporting the continued growth of the business. The General Manager will report directly to the President of Industrial.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication operations, project management, and team leadership. They will be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, support employee development, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and contribute to the division's overall performance and success.
Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.
