The Director of Benefits leads strategic initiatives related to global benefits design and compliance, ensuring programs meet employee needs. They manage a team, analyze existing policies, and develop communication strategies for benefits programs.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and over 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in a management role. A strong understanding of benefits-related laws and excellent interpersonal skills are also required.
The Director of Benefits leads all strategic initiatives related to Keurig Dr Pepper’s global benefits design, compliance, cost, and return on investment. Responsible for the research, design, presentation, and selection of a full spectrum of company benefits programs and policies including health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, wellness, disability programs and flexible spending accounts. Evaluates plans to ensure that they are competitive, properly administered and that they are meeting the needs of employees. Recommends and implements short- and long-term strategies to ensure that the benefits strategies are aligned with the achievement of organizational goals. Partners with finance, legal and external brokers to proactively forecast and manage the total benefits budget. Plays an essential role in selecting and managing third party vendors, focusing on quality of service, cost effectiveness and ROI.
