The Plant Director is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Laval manufacturing site, ensuring targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met. This role manages day-to-day operations, drives continuous improvement, and fosters strong relationships with customers and unions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business and possess extensive senior-level manufacturing leadership experience. Proficiency in food safety standards, fermentation processes, and SAP is required, along with strong communication skills in English and French.

The Plant Manager for our Laval, Canada site is accountable for the overall leadership and performance of the site, ensuring that targets related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and talent are consistently met or exceeded.
This role leads all plant operations, drives continuous improvement, builds strong customer and union relationships, and develops a high-performing, engaged workforce, aligned with Kerry values and strategic objectives. This plant is a part of our Bio-Fermentation cluster food print and own the Probiotics, Bio-K+ brand production.
