Responsible for the full lifecycle of mobile devices, including installation, configuration, and testing of laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Manages the logistics of incoming and outgoing goods and maintains inventory within a warehouse environment.
Requires an MBO 4 or HBO degree in ICT or relevant work experience with knowledge of Windows and Android. Candidates must be available full-time and possess a combination of technical and logistical skills.

Bij KiKS werk je in een zelfstandige rol waarin techniek en logistiek samenkomen. Je zorgt ervoor dat devices correct worden geïnstalleerd, gecontroleerd en verwerkt, zodat klanten direct aan de slag kunnen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt mee over verbeteringen en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen een informeel team.
Als IT Device Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces rondom de devices. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
Installeren en configureren van laptops, smartphones en tablets.
Werken met onder andere Windows, Android en iOS.
Signaleren en oplossen van eenvoudige technische afwijkingen.
Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederen.
Registreren, aanmelden en uitgeven van devices.
Controleren, verwerken en testen van retourapparatuur.
Beheren van de voorraad en ondersteunen bij magazijnwerkzaamheden.
Meedenken over hoe processen slimmer, sneller en efficiënter kunnen verlopen.
Wat krijg je ervoor terug?
Een salaris tussen €2.600 en €3.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.

Wat vragen wij van jou?
Een afgeronde MBO 4- of HBO-opleiding richting ICT of relevante IT-werkervaring.
Kennis van Windows en Android; ervaring met iOS is een pré.
Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
Je combineert graag technische en logistieke werkzaamheden.
Je bent fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week).
