The intern will actively participate in mandate work, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing the firm before courts and authorities. Additionally, they will assist in contract drafting, review, and corporate law matters such as company formations and M&A transactions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Law, ideally with a magna cum laude distinction or higher. Previous experience through a court or administrative internship is highly preferred, along with strong teamwork skills and a precise working style.
Während eines 9- bis 12-monatigen Praktikums am Standort Bern erhalten Sie einen umfassenden Einblick in die Tätigkeit als Rechtsanwältin bzw. Rechtsanwalt. Durch die Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Teams können Sie wertvolle Erfahrungen in unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten sammeln, wobei der Schwerpunkt im Wirtschaftsrecht liegt.
Von Beginn an werden Sie aktiv in die Mandatsarbeit eingebunden. Sie führen rechtliche Abklärungen durch, verfassen eigenständig Rechtsschriften und treten vor Gerichten und Behörden auf. Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie die anwaltliche Beratung im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Klientinnen und Klienten. Weitere Aufgaben sind die Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Verträgen sowie die Mitarbeit bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen, wie Gründungen, Umstrukturierungen und Transaktionen (M&A).
Ein spannendes und lehrreiches Praktikum mit Einblick in die verschiedenen Rechtsgebiete einer Wirtschaftskanzlei, welches Sie gut auf die Anwaltsprüfungen vorbereitet.
