Lead and maintain Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental management systems for ADNOC offshore projects to ensure compliance with UAE and international standards. Provide strategic leadership to ensure incident-free execution of engineering, construction, and offshore installation activities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 15 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, with 8 years in leadership. Proven experience with ADNOC or similar major offshore EPC projects and professional certifications like NEBOSH are preferred.

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Client or Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.
The HSE Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and maintaining Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSE) management systems across ADNOC Offshore projects. The role ensures compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE regulations, international standards, and project-specific HSE plans while promoting a strong safety culture throughout all phases of project execution.
The HSE Manager provides strategic leadership to ensure incident-free operations and supports safe execution of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, offshore installation, and startup activities.
